Privacy and POPIA notice

Rainbow Web Designers (“we”) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you request a quote, book a call or message us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you choose to share about your project.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to reply to you, prepare quotes, schedule calls and deliver the services you ask for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

How we store it

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and booking details are stored on our secure, SSL-protected web server. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Third parties

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their privacy policy. Our hosting provider stores our website data on our behalf.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email precious@rainbowwebdesigners.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
